I’ve been writing since I was a young child. Throughout school, I spent many a lunch hour in the library, engrossed in books and getting lost in the magic of the tales the writers had woven. In short, I have always loved words.
Because of this love, I studied English with a writing emphasis, focusing on poetry and expository writing, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts. I also have certificates in editing and commercial fiction writing.
Since 2002, I have edited and written for a quarterly civic newsletter, The Scroll. I edited and wrote for an anthology of works called Illuminations in 2013 followed by The Outpouring in 2017.
In a nutshell, I love to read, write, think, and travel. I also like to laugh, and I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I love history, especially the Tudor period in England—oh to be a fly on the wall.
Join me as I journey through life. At least once a year, this is a literal journey as I blog my travels.
